Who We Are
Dillon Livestock Auction, nestled just south of Dillon Montana, is dedicated to our motto: “We are here to take care of you and your cattle.”
Our experienced team works diligently to ensure that every animal in our yards is handled with care, provided with safe and clean pens, and is always provided with proper feed and water. We aim to deliver exceptional customer service by taking the time to thoroughly understand you and your cattle, ensuring they are best presented to fetch top dollar.

Our Sales
We hold regular cattle sales on Thursday’s at 10:00 am. Some sales are specially held to categorize particular cattle types so please visit the Sale Schedule Page to learn which sales are coming up and which special sales are occurring. Each sale day we break for a complimentary lunch provided for consignors and buyers.
If you are unable to join us, all cattle are advertised live on Cattle USA to be viewed by buyers from across the country. Give us a call (406) 683 -2002 if you have any questions or are interested in consigning your cattle for our next sale. We look forward to serving you!
Our Facility
Dillon Livestock Auction is continually trying to make improvements to our yards. We have a drive-through load-out making it more convenient for our customers to pick up and drop off their cattle. Our yard also holds a covered hydraulic chute where we can bleed, ID, and pregnancy test your cattle safely and efficiently. In our heated sale ring, the floor serves as a scale where it is easy to identify poundage as cattle are going through auction.
